Katie Hales - "Miss Katie" - Director/Academics Teacher
Katie has been working with kids in preschool and kindergarten classrooms for ten years. She also has 15 years of dance background. She loves taking a hands on STEM approach to teaching little ones and giving them a genuine love for learning and curiosity about the world of possibilities around them. Her goal is to help kids to understand they can do amazing things when they don’t give up. Katie has three amazing young kids, and in her free time loves to make and test out new curriculum with their help.
April Beardall - "Miss April" - Theater Teacher
April has been involved in theaters around the valley for 30 years. She studied musical theater at Weber State and has a degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. She is excited to share her passion of performing arts with your little ones. In her spare time, April loves to travel, read and play games with her husband and 3 boys.
Windy Nichols - "Miss Windy" - Office Manager/Teacher
Windy has been working professionally in Childcare and education for 7 years, from Nannying, to Montessori, to Theatre! Performing and Science are some of her favorite things, and she can’t wait to teach and share her knowledge with your Bright Stars! When she’s not teaching kiddos, she’s probably thinking about dinosaurs, and the next show she can audition for.
Drew Anderson - “Mr. D”
Drew has 9 years experience in dance classes of every kind and was on a cheer team, did private vocal lessons as well as choir and played piano when not in the gym training for stunts and gymnastics. Drew continues to perform onstage in local theater productions and has taught children for the past decade. In his free time, he loves making silly videos with his son for their Youtube channel Tribe-al life.
